Loturak is the third and final part of a comic whose protagonist is Jare, a young woman who lives hidden among the ruins of what was once her city.
After the rise of the far-right, fascism is established in the city, and a few scattered dissenters await the arrival of outside help. Meanwhile, Jare survives by fighting against the security forces of the new government, until one day she has a confrontation with one of them—her own twin brother.
